Infrared Loungers
In our exclusive wellness area, you will also find infrared loungers: simply lie back and enjoy the healing power of therapeutic warmth. The gentle heat of infrared light helps to ease tension and relieves muscle pain, especially in the back and joints.
The Relaxation Area
Between sauna or bio sauna sessions, allow yourself a regenerating break in our relaxation area. You will discover a peaceful and intimate space, with soft lighting and comfortable loungers where you can regain inner calm. The entire relaxation zone is enhanced by precious larch and Swiss pine woods, whose enveloping scent brings serenity and harmony to both mind and spirit.
The Outdoor Relaxation Area
During the summer months, our relaxation area extends outdoors, onto a soft, lush green lawn. Outside, you can unwind on the sun loungers in our garden, surrounded by the greenery of Dobbiaco and breathing in the pure air of the Dolomites. Step outside, embrace the open air, and relax between sauna sessions!
